O&M of complete building plumbing system.

Controlling the HVAC system of complete building for the comfort of all employees.

Accept new infrastructure related tasks and schedule the execution accordingly.
Use in house manpower or vendor as per task requirements.
Follow infrastructure changes checklist before execution.
Take quotations and negotiate with vendors and submit proposal to Lead.
