Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of systems leveraging Generative and Agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, Langgraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, Autogen.
• Build RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and gRPC services for scalable and secure AI integrations.
• Architect intelligent multi-agent systems .
• Implement context-aware reasoning via ReAct, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Tree-of-Thought (ToT), and Graph-of-Thought (GoT) strategies.
• Integrate RAG pipelines with vector databases like Weaviate, Pinecone, ChromaDB, and FAISS.
• Develop custom tools and toolchains, leveraging function calling, MCP, tool-use APIs, and third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, N8N).
• Coordinate workflows using orchestration platforms such as Airflow, Ray, Temporal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define and deliver agent-driven applications.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead architectural best practices for AI-driven backend systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of backend or full-stack development experience, with at least 3 years in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Strong expertise in building APIs using REST, GraphQL, and gRPC, with a focus on performance, versioning, and security.
• Proficiency in Python (preferred), with additional experience in TypeScript/Node.js, Go, or Java.In-depth knowledge of LLM integration and orchestration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.).
• Strong experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and Autogen.
• Familiarity with vector search, semantic memory, and retrieval-based augmentation using tools like FAISS or Qdrant.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
